Packet pickup is at Shipwrecks:

• Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

You’ll receive your event credentials, dash card, and weekend info. (Some items are distributed at specific activations — see the full schedule below.)

Mid-Morning: Poker Run (On-Road Loop)

9:15 AM – 11:30 AM — “First Light Diamond Shoals Poker Run”
This is a classic OBX poker-run style loop with card draws at designated stops. We will continue updating closer to the event!

IMPORTANT DEADLINE:
✅ All poker hands must be turned in at Shipwrecks by 11:30 AM.
We do this so anyone heading to the Alligator Scallywag Scramble has time to do it without missing awards / send-off.

Poker Run Notes

• We’ll publish simple 5-card draw rules to keep it clean.

• Custom BBB playing cards (you can keep them after the run as keepsakes!)

(Final list of poker run stops will be posted/confirmed closer to event week.)

Optional Afternoon: Off-Road Excursion (Free for Registered Broncos)

11:30 AM – 2:30 PM — Optional Off-Road Trail Day

Location: Alligator River area (approx. 40 minutes each way + trail time)

This is optional — you do not have to do it to enjoy Sunday. Make sure to get muddy when you are there- the muddier you get the better chance for award at final send off at Shipwrecks!

End of Weekend: Mud + Awards + Send-Off

2:30 PM – 3:30 PM — “Mud & Glory Send-Off” (Shipwrecks)
Featuring Muddiest Bronco + final prize drops and goodbyes.

QUICK FAQ / RULES

Do I have to do everything?
No. The weekend is designed in layers — you pick your vibe.

Will Saturday still be strong for vendors?
Yes — Saturday is intentionally built as the “stay onsite” day.

Do I need extra registration for Poker Run or Off-Road?
Poker run and off-road are designed as included/optional experiences (no extra fee), but the Beach Cruise requires ORV permit.

Packet Pick Up Information

You will be able to pick up your packet at the Shipwrecks Taphouse each day of the event:

We will have our Bronco Beach Bash Cruise on Saturday May 16th and Sunday May 17th!! | Coquina Beach Parking Lot, “ORV Ramp 2, Cape Hatteras National Seashore”

If you are a part of the beach cruise we will meet at the Coquina Beach Parking Lot (note there is not a “physical address” but in most map apps it will show as “Coquina Beach Parking Lot” and “ORV Ramp , Cape Hatteras National Seashore".” Look for the Yellow Destination Big Foot Bronco- they will show you where to stage. TO PARTICIPATE YOU MUST BE REGISTERED FOR OUR EVENT AND HAVE YOUR CAPE HATTERAS NATIONAL SEASHORE ORV PERMIT. We will be heading North from the beach access in one line to our pull off at Coquina beach exit. Please abide by all related rules, no speeding, do not deviate from the line.
